Wetherby Surveying is a trading name of PFM Surveying Ltd. Behind PFM Surveying is Pete Flint-Murray.

Pete is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer, a member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association. Pete has over twenty years in industry and has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for 15 years.

His experience includes:

• Estates surveyor for a University carrying out alterations to the estate for access equality.

• Commercial Building Surveyor for National and Local sized firms providing advice to businesses and investors across the UK.

• In-house surveyor providing surveying support to over 400 occupied properties across the UK.

• Providing residential surveys and advice to the public. He has links and experience to Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Cumbria and London.
